That’s because if you live anywhere with any precipitation at all, they have all rusted away.

You can only find those old vintage Japanese cars out west, sadly.

Short of covering everything is bed-liner there is no hope of driving them where there is water.

I guess seeing this in the mountains of Maryland is a rare sight then. We can have snow from October through April.

We had a family friend in MN with a first gen accord and it was toootally unsafe to drive. There was unibody rust, holes in the floor board, the electrics did not work anymore (nor did the headlights) and the guy still used it for basic short errands.

To say the car was structurally unsound would be putting it lightly.
